Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the purchasing process. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and offer a comprehensive refund and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn and undamaged item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For custom orders, we understand that each piece is unique and personal. Therefore, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the necklace at no charge to you.

When it comes to shipping, we offer free USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping on all U.S. orders over $250. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. We recommend providing a secure shipping address and ensuring someone is available to sign for the package upon receipt. We also offer jewelry coupons

During holidays, please note that our customer service will be closed on New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
