Returns & Security Policy

We want you to love your purchase. But if for any reason it’s not the right fit for your style, we are happy to assist with a return for Store Credit within 14 days of delivery.  Store credits never expire. 

To ensure a smooth return process, please note:

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, shipped condition. Items with removed tags, trimmed frays, protective film, or used hardware are ineligible for store credit. Items that have been cut, sewn, or otherwise altered by the customer are ineligible for return or refund.

Item Care & Use: Our items are designed for standard personal wear and fashion styling, not heavy-duty utility or excessive structural strain. We are not responsible for component breakage, structural failure, or material damage that occurs due to accidental snagging, pulling, catching, or general wear and tear once the item has been delivered and used.

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of carrier confirmed delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

 

The Details:

Store Credit: Credits are issued for the item purchase price only, shipping is not refundable. For orders that received complimentary shipping, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit total. Store credits never expire. 

Return Shipping: We ask that buyers arrange and cover the cost of return shipping to our studio.

Final Step: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your store credit will be waiting in your customer account for your next visit! 

Refused Packages & Failed Delivery
Refusing a package or failing to collect it from the carrier is considered an unauthorized/forced return and violates our policy.
  • If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the original shipping costs (including those covered by "Free Shipping" offers) and the carrier's return shipping fees will be deducted from your final balance.
  • A mandatory 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and warehouse handling.
  • Remaining balances for refused or undeliverable packages will be issued strictly as Store Credit. No credits will be processed until the item is physically received and inspected by our studio.
  • Per Visa and Mastercard regulations, a refused delivery does not constitute "Item Not Received." Refusing a shipment to circumvent a merchant's return policy is classified as first-party fraud.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Because many orders are prepared quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been picked up by the carrier.

If a cancellation is approved:

  • A 5% or $10 (which ever is greater) credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package from the carrier may be refunded only if the item is returned unused and in original condition.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the 5% restocking fee still applies. Per Visa and Mastercard 2025 regulations, a refused delivery does not constitute 'Item Not Received.' Refusing a shipment to circumvent a return policy is considered first-party fraud.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please contact us before sending anything back to obtain return instructions.
