Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All U.S. orders $150 and over qualify for complimentary economy shipping. Jewelry orders $500 or more qualify for free 2-3 business day delivery, not including Boatkins. Shipping and delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. All delivery dates are approximate and controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays incurred by third-party couriers, such as USPS, UPS and/or FedEx including but not limited to weather disruptions or high seasonal demand. Orders are typically processed within one business day of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders ship in consolidated shipments. Multiple items may be packed together in the same box to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Separate shipments or individual boxing will incur additional shipping charges.
Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes via USPS only. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Protection
- Lost in Transit: A package is considered lost if the carrier tracking has not updated for 7+ business days or if the carrier confirms it cannot be located.
- Damaged: We will replace or refund items that arrive broken or unusable (photo evidence required).
Cancellations & Security Checks
Our payment processor may place orders on hold for security verification (address, phone number, or billing details). If additional information is required, we will contact you.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 5% credit card processing fee, which reflects non-refundable transaction costs.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM PST are typically processed the same day and ship within one to two business days. Orders placed after 3 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 3–5 business days for orders requiring alterations (such as restringing or chain extensions), depending on labor and order volume.
Refused Packages & Failed Delivery
Please note that refusing a package is considered an unauthorized/forced return and is handled differently than our standard return process. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the original shipping costs (including those covered by "Free Shipping" offers) will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a mandatory 6% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and return shipping costs.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
