I haven't received the jewelry I ordered yet. Can you help me track it?

Your tracking number is written on your shipping confirmation email that is sent when each piece of jewelry is shipped. On occasion packages get lost in the mail. If you ordered a piece a jewelry and you think it should have arrived by now, please email us at with your name and order number and we’ll be more than happy to help you get it taken care of.

How long does it take to receive my jewelry once ordered?

Unless otherwise noted, we ship within one business day. All orders are sent USPS Priority 2-3 Day shipping.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We allow 14 days for a return or exchange (from date received). The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at their convenience, expense and their desired shipping service. We do not provide return labels for any return or exchange and all orders must be shipped back unworn and in their original packaging. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and full name for further instructions. If you can’t find your order number, you can find it on your confirmation email. If you do not hear back from our team within 48 business hours, please be sure to check a junk folder as sometimes our responses can go straight to a junk folder.

CUSTOM PURCHASES: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any custom purchases as each is handcrafted specifically for your. 

Please allow for up to 14 business days upon the delivery of your return for your return to be processed by our team.

I've worn my Coral Strands product for a few months, but it just broke.  What should I do? 

Please reach out with pictures and details of what happened. 

I would love to give away pieces of jewelry at my event. How can I make that happen?

One of our favorite ways to share the love of Coral Strands jewelry is at events and conferences. If you’re looking for a unique gift for your attendees or a fun bridesmaid or baby shower gift, we’d love to partner with you to custom make pieces. 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove when sleeping, bathing, swimming or working out. Use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions and perfumes when wearing our baubles. Their chemicals may cause the metal to tarnish and damage beads. Keep beads dry and periodically wipe away any moisture or debris with our complimentary microfiber cleaning cloth we include with every purchase.  Do you responsibly source metals and gemstones?

Yes we do! We only use ethically sourced solid gold and sterling silver. We only partner with small batch gem brokers or work directly with the mind such as Kingman turquoise our our pearls. 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk prices?

Yes! You can find our jewelry wholesale on Faire.

Do you offer special prices for bridesmaids?

Yes we sure do!! We love creating jewelry for bridesmaids gifts and offer a special bridesmaid discount.

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through ShopPay. For orders over $35.00, select installments at checkout to split your purchase over time. No fees, ever. No impact on your credit score to apply. Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to an eligibility check and might not be available in all states.CA Residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lender license.

Do you include an appraisal for insurance?

An appraisal is provided with every items priced more than $250. 

Where is all your jewelry created and by whom?

All of our jewelry is hand crafted in the Florida Keys by our in house artist Karen. We not do not farm out production of our jewelry nor would we ever think of buying mass produced jewelry and merely assembling it. We custom dye our silks in house and had forged our precious metals in our work shop. We only partner with reputable gems dealers and source all our precious metals from ethically sourced manufacturers.
