How do I iron it on?

Use a medium-high cotton setting without steam on a hard, flat surface, not a padded ironing board. Cover the patch with the included pressing sheet and press for 30 to 40 seconds without moving the iron, then turn the item inside out and press the back.

How long will the adhesive last?

The maker says the glue should hold for about 50 washes. Stitch around the edge if you want it to last longer.
